When speed, budget and appearance are a priority, precast wall panels are an excellent choice for your next building project.  Design options for precast wall panels include:

  • Pre-stressed Precast Concrete
  • R8 to R20 Insulation
  • Solid Concrete
  • Load Bearing
  • Non-Load Bearing
  • Customizable Sizes and Thickness
  • Endless Exterior Finishes

Each wall panel typically consists of two reinforced or pre-stressed concrete layers called wythes, with an optional continuous layer of rigid insulation sandwiched between. The thickness of the insulation is determined by the thermal characteristics of the material and the design temperatures of the structure. Insulation values are available from R8 to R20 with continuous R-factor throughout the building systems. Pre-stressed cables and reinforced steel securely holds the panel together.
